Usually about a week for a print: up to two working days to print, three to four to arrive. Add one to three working days for a frame. Order ten days before a date and you're comfortable.

Count in their days, not yours: a birthday on a Saturday wants the order in by the Monday of the previous week for a print, and the Friday before that for a frame.
