Orders for Canadian addresses are printed in Canada, at one of two presses, and delivered by Canada Post, UPS or Obibox. Prints are printed within two working days and usually arrive three to five working days later, tracked; framed prints take one to three working days to make first. Because nothing crosses a border, there's no customs, no duty and nothing to pay at the door. Standard delivery is included, and prices show in Canadian dollars.

Sizes run in inches and A-series: 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36 alongside A4, A3 and A2, plus squares. Pick whichever matches the shape of your image and the crop tool fits it. The paper is 240gsm giclée in matte, satin or gloss at one price; frames are Black, White or Oak pine with plexiglass, delivered ready to hang.

Frames are made in Canada alongside the print and arrive boxed and ready to hang, spec on the cards below. Most sizes up to A1 and 24x36; there's no mat, but a white border on your file gives the same look.

Is it printed in Canada?

Yes, at one of two Canadian presses, and delivered domestically. Nothing is shipped in from the UK or the US.

Will I pay duties or customs?

No. The print is made and posted inside Canada, so there's no border for it to cross and nothing to pay on delivery.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Prices are converted from our sterling list at the day's rate and you're charged in Canadian dollars, so your card doesn't add a foreign-transaction fee. The price you see is the total.

Do you print in inches?

Yes: 5x7 to 24x36 in the usual frame sizes, plus A-series and squares. Frames fit the inch sizes, so an 8x10 or 16x20 arrives in a frame made for it.

Poster printing elsewhere

Delivery covers every province and territory at the same price. Across the border: the USA. Elsewhere: the UK, Australia and Ireland.

Sending a framed print across Canada

Distance is the thing to plan for in Canada, and it's mostly a matter of allowing time rather than paying more. Standard delivery is included to every address, and the three to five working days is from dispatch, so for a framed print add the one to three days it takes to make. Order ten days before a date and it's comfortable almost anywhere; for the territories and the far north, allow two weeks.

Frames travel corner-protected in a box with plexiglass rather than glass, which is why they survive a long trip. Put the recipient's address at checkout and yours as the buyer; the confirmation and tracking come to you, the parcel goes to them, and nothing inside says what it cost or where it was ordered from. Add a note in the basket if you'd like to say something.

If it arrives damaged, send a photo of the print and the packaging with the label visible and it's reprinted and resent free, which is simpler than returning anything across a province.
