Is the paper FSC-certified?

Yes, and the packaging is recyclable: cardboard tubes for prints, boxes for frames.

Can I print a panorama or an odd shape?

Only the listed sizes, so a panorama needs cropping to the nearest shape, or a white border added to the file so the image sits inside a standard size. We don't do custom dimensions.

How long will the print last?

It's archival paper with giclée-quality inks, so it won't yellow or fade in normal indoor light. Keep it out of direct sun, or behind the plexiglass of a frame, and it'll outlast the wall.

Do you deliver to flats with no reception?

Yes. The courier delivers to the door; if you're out, they leave a card or a link to rearrange, and the tracking shows each attempt.

Small prints, sets and gallery walls

A gallery wall is easier to get right if you order it as a set rather than one print at a time. Choose a finish and stick to it, matte for most, so the prints read as a group; pick two or three sizes rather than six; and order them together, because three or more unframed prints to one address are 20% off and they arrive in one tube.

For the layout, lay the prints on the floor first and move them until the gaps are even, then measure. A gap of about two fingers between frames looks right on most walls. If you're framing, one frame colour across the set almost always beats mixing them.

Small sizes are good for this. A5 and A4 go through the same presses on the same paper as an A1, so a set of six small prints costs less than one large one and fills a wall just as well.
