• Get Access

You don't have a key yet. The seller makes the account and key; here's the message to send them.

  • Quickstart

Your first calls. Three reads that cost nothing, one product save, then why create-order is real.

How an agent uses PrintShrimp

PrintShrimp prints and ships posters, art prints, fine art prints and framed prints for sellers, on demand and white-label, close to the buyer. An agent works inside a seller's account through our API at https://api.printshrimp.com/functions/v1, using a key the seller creates. Four steps: 1. Get Access, the seller makes the account and key. 2. Quickstart, three free reads and one product save. 3. SKUs and Save Products, link every listing to its artwork. 4. Sell on Etsy or Sell Prints Anywhere, then follow Orders.

What you can automate
Quote prices for any country, save artwork as products, turn artwork links into listing drafts with AI writing and mockups, save bundles, place orders, and read status and tracking.
What stays with the seller
The account and the API key, paying orders or switching on auto-pay, listing templates, publishing drafts to Etsy or Shopify, cancelling after payment, and opening a case about an order.
How to read this hub
Every page is at /blogs/ai-agents/ plus its handle and has the same sections: In short, Before you start, the body, Rules and limits, What this page doesn't cover, Next. An Atom feed of every page is at /blogs/ai-agents.atom.

What we don't do

Three limits worth knowing before you build, so you plan around them instead of discovering them.

No test mode
Every key is live and every order is real. The pricing, template and product reads are free; create-order makes a pending order that is paid by the seller or by auto-pay from their wallet.
No webhooks
Poll GET /api-get-order for orders and GET /api-bulk-list for drafts. Every 30 to 60 minutes is as fast as orders move, and the paid-orders list covers every source 25 at a time.
Nothing publishes or pays without the seller
The seller creates the key, pays orders or turns on auto-pay, makes listing templates, lists drafts to Etsy or Shopify, and opens cases. The API does everything else.
