Can I print a child's drawing?

Yes. Photograph it flat in daylight with no shadow across it, upload the photo, and choose matte. A4 or 11x14 framed is the size grandparents keep.

Printing a concert or low-light photo

Night photos from a phone have grain in them, and the trick is to print them at a size where the grain reads as atmosphere rather than noise. 11x14, A3 and 12x18 are the sweet spot; at 24x36 the same photo looks like a security camera. Upload it and look at the preview at two sizes before deciding.

Matte flatters low-light images: it softens the grain and deepens the blacks, which is most of what a gig photo is. Gloss does the opposite. Framed prints are matte anyway, and a Black frame finishes the look.

Use the original from the phone, not the copy you posted or sent; apps compress night shots hardest of all. If it looks sharp on the screen at the size you're ordering, it'll print.
