What to know about ordering a set

  • Add each photo to the basket as its own item with its own size; mix sizes and orientations freely. The discount applies automatically at three unframed prints.
  • Two or three sizes look better than six the same: A4 and A3, or 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20, which share a shape and crop phone portraits without losing anything.
  • One finish for the set, matte for most, and one frame colour. Framed prints are matte anyway.
  • Phone photos print sharp at any of these sizes; use the originals rather than copies from a messaging app, and let the preview show each one framed.

Prints are normally dispatched the same day in the UK, the US and Australia, and within a couple of days in the EU and Canada; framed prints take one to three working days to make first. Black, White or Oak pine, 20–25mm deep, glazed with shatter-resistant plexiglass, hanging kit in the box. Printed matte so there's no glare behind the glass. Most sizes up to A1.

Black frame

A smooth black finish. Pine, 20–25mm deep, with 1–2mm shatter-resistant plexiglass.

Oak frame

A natural oak finish. Corner-protected in transit and delivered with the hanging kit in the box.

White frame

How does the 20% off work?

Three or more unframed prints in one order, any sizes, any finishes, and the discount comes off at checkout without a code. Framed prints in the same order are priced as normal.

Do they arrive together?

Yes, one parcel: small prints flat, larger ones rolled together in a tube, framed ones boxed. One tracking number.

How many prints for a wall?

Above a sofa, five to seven in two sizes; a stairwell takes as many as you have; a hallway, three in a row the same size. Lay them on the floor first.

Can I mix my photos with bought prints?

Yes. A printable you've bought uploads like any photo, and a wall that mixes photos with art tends to look less like a shrine.

Planning a gallery wall that hangs straight

Choose the photos first, then the sizes. Pick an odd number, mix close-ups with wide shots, and give the best one the biggest size; it anchors the wall and everything else arranges around it. Two or three sizes from one shape family keep it tidy: A4, A3 and A2, or 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20.

When they arrive, cut paper to each print's size and tape the paper to the wall first; move the paper, not the frames, until it looks right, with two fingers of gap between pieces. Then hang through the paper and tear it away. Framed prints are light enough for a single hook each.

One frame colour across the set, matte throughout. If the photos are mixed, colour and black-and-white together, Black frames hold them; if they're all warm, Oak; if the wall is white and bright, White.
