Print your AI art

Upload the file, choose a size and a frame, and see it in the frame before you pay. Printed on 240gsm giclée paper near you and delivered tracked, with delivery included.

From a prompt to a wall

Images from Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Flux or any other model print beautifully once they're upscaled. Upload the file, pick a size, see it in a frame, and it arrives on 240gsm giclée paper with delivery included. We print thousands of AI images a week for sellers; yours gets the same presses.

WHAT TO KNOW

What to know about printing AI images

  • Upscale first. A raw generation is usually 1024 pixels square, fine at 8x10 or A4 and soft above that. Upscaled two to four times, it prints sharp at A2, 16x20 and up. Most tools have an upscale button; the preview and the uploader will tell you if the file is small for the size.
  • Match the shape. Square generations fit the square sizes exactly; a 2:3 generation fits 24x36 and 12x18; a 3:4 fits 18x24; A-series is close to 5:7. Or generate at the shape you want and skip the crop.
  • Matte suits illustration and painterly images; satin suits photorealistic ones; gloss makes neon and high-contrast images pop. Framed prints are matte.
  • Check the preview for the artefacts that hide on a phone screen: hands, text, repeating patterns. What you see in the preview is what prints.

How long it takes

Prints are normally dispatched the same day in the UK, the US and Australia, and within a couple of days in the EU and Canada; framed prints take one to three working days to make first. Delivery is tracked and included. The prices shown above are for your country; for a full breakdown of prices and production times by country, see our pricing page.

HOW IT LOOKS

What you see is what prints

The crop tool fits your file to the size you choose and shows you exactly what will print. Then the product image becomes a preview of your print in the frame. If it looks right on the screen, it's right on the wall; what you upload is what you get.

Live preview
Your file appears in a Black, White or Oak frame the moment it's uploaded. Change the size or frame and it updates.
Crop you control
Drag the crop until the important part is in. Portrait or landscape, same price. Nothing is cropped without you seeing it.
Delivery included
Printed near you, tracked to your door, rolled in a tube or boxed in a frame. Damaged in transit? Reprinted and resent free.

Your questions

How big does an AI image need to be?

As a rule, about 100 pixels per inch of print: 1000 pixels for 10 inches, 2400 for 24. A standard generation at 1024 covers A4 and 8x10; one upscale covers A3 and 16x20; two cover A2 and 24x36. The uploader checks for you.

Can I print something I generated for free?

For your own wall, generally yes; the tools' terms differ on commercial use, and that's between you and them. We print what you upload and don't check rights.

Will the colours look like my screen?

Close, a touch less luminous because paper isn't backlit. Very saturated AI colours, especially neon and deep blues, calm down slightly on matte; gloss keeps more of them.

Can I print a set from one prompt?

Yes. Add each image at its own size; three or more unframed prints to one address are 20% off and arrive together.

Upscaling an AI image for print

Every model generates small and offers an upscale, and the upscale is the step people skip. In Midjourney it's the U buttons and then Upscale (Subtle) or (Creative); in most web tools it's a 2x or 4x option on the image; for anything else, a dedicated upscaler such as Topaz, Magnific or the free Upscayl does the job. Subtle upscales keep the image as it is; creative ones redraw details, which can help or can change a face, so look before you upload.

Export as PNG at the largest size the tool allows, and generate at the aspect ratio of the size you want: --ar 2:3 for 24x36, --ar 3:4 for 18x24, 1:1 for the squares, 5:7 is close to A-series. The crop tool fits whatever you have, but a matching ratio means nothing is lost.

Then upload, look at the preview at the size you want and one size down, and trust what you see; it's the same file we print from.
