Will a phone photo from a hike print well at 24x36?

From the original on a recent phone, yes; from a copy shared through an app, no. The preview shows you before you pay, and the uploader flags a small file.

Can I order from the UK or Hong Kong for someone in Vancouver?

Does the damp affect the print?

Not on an indoor wall. Heavy paper and pigment inks don't mind a wet winter; keep it out of a bathroom, or frame it behind plexiglass.

From the trail to the wall: printing a hiking photo

The photo is already on the phone; the job is getting the right version of it. Open the camera roll, not the chat where you sent it, because sent copies are shrunk to a quarter of their size. A recent phone's original is around four thousand pixels wide and prints sharp at 24x36.

Phone photos taken the normal way are 3:4, which fits 18x24 and 24x32 without a crop; sideways, 24x18 or 32x24. The crop tool shows the fit, and the preview shows it framed. Matte for a view with a lot of sky or snow, which keeps the gradients smooth; satin for forest and colour. Framed prints are matte behind plexiglass.

Go bigger than you think for a landscape; mountains look mean at 11x14 and like a window at 24x36. Black frames for most views, Oak if there's wood in the room.
